BIOGRAPHY

Hi, I’m Whitney Jones. I graduated from the University of Lincoln with a First-Class BA Journalism degree. As a seasoned writer, I specialise in lifestyle and culture with a passion for fashion styling and features. I’m currently the Associate Editor of Entertainment for The New Equilibrium, a digital magazine, and Freelance Features Editor for Zion Zane, a London start-up magazine.

Furthermore, I am a Community Radio Presenter with my own show, The Youthquake Club. It is all about engaging young people and showing them inspiring stories from people they can relate to. I hope it motivates them to pursue their dreams and passions. I have completed the NCTJ Diploma, an essential certificate for Journalists.

As part of the re-brand team, we launched LSJ Magazine, a new website and a logo. We also created a sister show, LSJ Weekly. This was a weekly tv magazine show where we presented current, visual news stories for our audience, presenting live on air.
